Do I need to include how much money I've put into my LLC?

The are scenerios where you may not know the amount initially invested in your LLC.

Your Operating Agreement determines how your LLC works, what amount you put into it and what each person's interest in owner is. That interest is represented with percentage ownership. You may leave the amount invested as $0 if you choose and it won't affect anything.
